Country Pavilion Builder
for COP31 Antalya
Turkey-based, UNFCCC-experienced contractor for national delegation pavilions. Local logistics, proven COP29 Baku track record, sustainability compliance from day one.
Why a Turkey-Based Contractor Wins on COP31
COP31 will be held at Antalya, Turkey in 2026. For a national delegation pavilion, the contractor's home base matters more than any other procurement variable. A Turkey-based builder removes international freight cost, eliminates customs delay risk on bespoke materials, shortens response time during build-up and event days, and simplifies the bilingual coordination with Turkish venue authorities.
Evreka Stand operates from its own Istanbul production workshop with direct truck logistics to Antalya Expo Center. Our delivery window from workshop to venue is typically 12–14 hours — versus 2–4 weeks for sea freight from Europe or the Middle East, and 5–8 weeks from East Asia.
Local logistics
12–14 hour ground transit from our Istanbul workshop to Antalya Expo Center. No customs, no freight contingency.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose a Turkey-based builder for a COP31 country pavilion?
COP31 Antalya 2026 is hosted in Turkey. A Turkey-based contractor eliminates international freight from the build cost, removes customs delay risk on materials, and shortens response time during build-up. Evreka Stand operates from its own Istanbul workshop with direct ground logistics to Antalya Expo Center — typically 12–14 hours by truck. For a country pavilion, this means fewer variables and a tighter contingency budget.
Have you built country pavilions at a previous COP?
Yes. At COP29 Baku (November 2024) we delivered over 1,200 sqm of pavilion installation including the Youth House Pavilion (Blue Zone), Total Energies Pavilion, Sea Breeze Pavilion, Silk Way Airlines Pavilion, and Aperson Pavilion. We are familiar with UNFCCC contractor accreditation, Blue/Green Zone protocols, build-up curfew schedules, and material compliance documentation.
What does a typical country pavilion include?
A national delegation pavilion typically includes: a branded reception and entry portal, an open exhibition area for cultural and climate-policy content, one or more enclosed meeting rooms for bilateral discussions, a press briefing zone, a small refreshment area, and digital display infrastructure (LED walls, screens, ambient lighting). Evreka Stand designs all of these as a unified architectural concept, not modular add-ons.
How do you handle UNFCCC sustainability requirements?
Sustainability is engineered into the design from day one. Our standard build uses reusable modular aluminium framing, FSC-certified timber, low-VOC paints and adhesives, LED-only lighting, recycled polyester fabric graphics, and zero single-use plastic. We provide a material passport and a carbon footprint estimate with every proposal, in the format required for UNFCCC secretariat submission.
What is your typical procurement and approval process?
For a national delegation: (1) brief and budget alignment, (2) 3D concept design within 7–10 business days, (3) revision rounds, (4) approved design submitted to UNFCCC, (5) production at our Istanbul workshop, (6) ground logistics to Antalya, (7) build-up under UNFCCC contractor accreditation, (8) on-site project manager throughout the conference, (9) coordinated breakdown. We work directly with foreign ministries, embassies in Ankara/Istanbul, and pavilion procurement officers.
When should we start planning?
We recommend brief alignment no later than 5 months before COP31. UNFCCC design approval typically takes 3–6 weeks, and a custom country pavilion needs 6–10 weeks of production lead time after approval. Late starts are possible but reduce design optionality and increase contingency.
