Short answer: Evreka Stand builds custom and modular exhibition stands across Germany's nine major venues. Recent German work: Porland and Pioli at Ambiente (Messe Frankfurt, 2025 and 2026) and STM at UDT Bremen 2026. Prices run €150–280/m² modular and €250–400+/m² custom; we prepare the venue's stand-approval and fire-safety paperwork; allow eight to twelve weeks for a custom build plus six weeks if a permit is needed.

Four German builds, three lessons
Returning to the same hall means the position and neighbours are broadly known in advance, which is a rare planning advantage. Sightlines could be designed against the actual surroundings rather than against a hall plan.
Messe Frankfurt build slots are tightly scheduled and the halls are shared with hundreds of simultaneous builds, so nothing can depend on last-minute site decisions. Everything was resolved on drawing before anything left the workshop.
Because everything happens in the gaps between sessions, a stand that takes time to understand gets skipped. The layout had to make the offer legible in the seconds a delegate spends deciding whether to stop.

The rules that are the same at every German venue
Nine German venues publish harmonised Technical Guidelines. The Messe Frankfurt edition (as of September 2025) is the one we quote; the others differ mainly in hall heights and deadlines.
- Materials. At least flame-retardant class B1 (DIN 4102) or C s2 d2 (EN 13501-1); overhead materials must not drip; floors C fl s1; certificates kept at the stand. No styrofoam.
- Permits. Needed for stands over 100 m², two-storey stands, anything over 4 m, closed ceilings, platforms over 0.20 m, glass and moving parts. Single-storey, up to 100 m² and 4 m: no plans to file.
- Approval timing. Dimensioned plans (1:100, English or German) at least six weeks before set-up at Messe Frankfurt; construction only after the stamped copy is back.
- Neighbours and heights. Walls facing a neighbour smooth and white above 2.50 m; advertising 1 m back from the border; hall heights from 3.70 m to 8.00 m depending on hall and stand size, checked per project.

Turnkey: design, production, transport, installation, dismantling. Excluded: space rental, venue utilities, AUMA fee. Same bands as the cost guide.
Lead times. Custom 8–12 weeks, modular 3–5 weeks, plus about six weeks of venue approval for permit-class designs.
Production route. Istanbul workshop with road transport to Germany, or a German partner workshop when weight or timing favours it. The quotation states which. Installation by our team with local partner crews.
Repeat exhibitors. If you exhibit in Germany more than twice a year, a reusable modular system stored between fairs usually beats rebuilding; see modular stands.

Which German venues do you build at?

Are the technical rules the same at every German fair?
Largely. Nine German venues (Deutsche Messe, Leipziger Messe, Messe Berlin, Messe Düsseldorf, Messe Frankfurt, Messe München, Koelnmesse, NürnbergMesse and Landesmesse Stuttgart) compiled their Technical Guidelines with a uniform classification system. The constants are flame-retardant B1 or EN 13501-1 class C materials with certificates kept at the stand, a permit for stands over 100 m², two-storey stands, anything over 4 m, closed ceilings and platforms over 0.20 m, and plan approval well before set-up. Height limits and deadlines are venue- and hall-specific, so we check the current sheet for every project.
What does an exhibition stand cost in Germany?
€150–280 per m² for a modular system, €180–320 for Maxima/Octanorm, €250–400+ for a custom build and €350–700 for a double-deck. A 36 m² custom stand is roughly €9,500–16,000 turnkey. Space rental, the venue's electricity and water connections and the AUMA fee are billed by the organiser and are not included.
How far in advance should we order?
Eight to twelve weeks for a custom stand, three to five for a modular one. If the design needs a permit, add about six weeks for the venue's plan approval before set-up; Messe Frankfurt states six weeks in its guidelines and other venues are similar.
Where is the stand produced and who installs it?
Design in Istanbul. Production is decided per project: our own Istanbul workshop with road transport to Germany, or a German partner workshop when weight, timing or venue rules favour it. Installation is by our team with local partner crews. The quotation states which route applies.
