Where are your exhibition stand workshops located?
Evreka Stand operates local workshops and production partners in Turkey (Istanbul HQ), Germany, USA, UAE, and partner facilities across Europe and Asia. Local production means no international shipping, no customs, no delay.
What is the production capacity per month?
Across all workshops, capacity exceeds 30+ large custom stands per month plus modular system production. Turkey HQ alone runs 3 CNC stations + paint line. Peak fair seasons we coordinate multi-country parallel production.
What CNC equipment do you use?
We use 5-axis CNC routers for MDF/plywood milling (±0.1mm tolerance), CNC laser for aluminum and acrylic, and CNC plasma for steel structural elements. All driven by certified CAD/CAM pipelines.
Quality control during production?
Every project passes 4 QC gates: design approval, CNC dry-fit, finish inspection, and pre-shipment mock-build. Photos shared with client at each gate. Defect rate under 0.5%.
Can you handle simultaneous production for multiple shows?
Yes. Our distributed workshop network handles parallel projects across continents. Project managers coordinate; client gets single point of contact regardless of where production happens.
