Six disciplines, one point of contact.
Exhibition stand projects fail when responsibility splits across vendors. Our structure is the opposite: every discipline below sits inside the company, and one senior project manager from the Project Management discipline owns your build end-to-end. Below is how the work moves.
Design Studio
Industrial designers and 3D artists working in Rhino, SketchUp and KeyShot. Two design directions per brief by default, fully revised through up to three rounds. Specialty: brand-driven custom stands that read clearly from across a 200 m² hall.
Engineering
Mechanical and structural engineers producing CAD drawings, structural calculations for double-deck builds, electrical layouts and venue technical submissions. We hold liability for what we build; engineering is in-house, not subcontracted.
Production Floor
CNC routing, edge banding, spray booths, metal-fabrication welding bays, large-format UV graphic print and a dedicated assembly hall — all under one roof in Istanbul. End-to-end manufacturing means no integration risk between vendors.
Project Management
One senior project manager assigned at brief, accountable through dismantle. Coordinates design, engineering, production, freight, customs, install, fair-day support and storage. Your project does not get handed off five times.
International Operations
Coordinators in Rotterdam, Cary NC, Doha and Baku plus partner-crew relationships in Germany, the UAE, the UK, Saudi Arabia, France, Italy, Spain and Qatar. Activate local-build when freight from Turkey doesn't make sense; ship from Istanbul when it does.
Customer Success
Quote response within 24 hours, 3D concept within 5-7 working days, fair-day technical contact on call, post-show debrief and storage logistics. Long-term relationships with repeat-fair brands are how we measure our work.

Production and HQ in Istanbul. International coordination from Rotterdam (EU), Cary NC (US), Doha (GCC) and Baku (CIS). Together these five offices anchor a 31-country operating network — wherever your fair is, we have either a local crew or a freight route that works.
The right answer is decided per project, not by template. Sometimes that means a sealed container leaving Istanbul on a Tuesday and reaching Frankfurt by Friday. Sometimes it means activating the Dubai atelier and never touching freight. The output the client sees is the same: a stand that opens on day one of the fair with no last-minute scrambles.
