Empack Ghent 2026 runs 22-23 September at Flanders Expo, gathering around 200 exhibitors and partners and more than 6,000 visitors from Belgian and Dutch packaging and processing industry. It is a two-day regional show, and the exhibitors who do best here are the ones who accept that and design accordingly.

Two days rewards efficiency, not spectacle

At a compact regional fair, budget spent on complexity is budget wasted: nobody builds a two-storey stand for twelve hours of show time. What works is a well-detailed stand in the 12-40 m² range with three things done properly — a back wall that communicates your category in one glance, a machine or sample area at working height, and a bar-height counter that keeps conversations short and frequent. Benelux buyers are direct; they want to know what you do and who else you do it for, then they move on.

Re-deployable by design

Empack runs across several European cities, and many exhibitors attend two or three editions in the same season. We design Benelux stands as a re-deployable kit: aluminium frame, interchangeable printed panels, flat-pack storage, and a layout that adapts to different plot shapes. One production cost, several shows, and no re-design fee each time your stand number changes.

Sustainability is a Benelux purchasing criterion

Belgian and Dutch buyers ask what happens to your stand after the show, and increasingly so do their procurement policies. Our standard Benelux specification uses reusable frame systems, FSC-certified panels and rented furniture, and we can supply a written material and re-use statement for exhibitors who report on event sustainability.

Timing
