METU Technopark — Take Off Istanbul 2025 Startup Stand

Take Off Istanbul, held within TEKNOFEST week, is where Turkey's technology ecosystem greets an internationally curated cohort of startup founders. For METU Technopark — Türkiye's largest research park by portfolio size — the stand had to serve as a working hub for founder–investor connections rather than a decorative brand piece.
We built a working-hub configuration: high-density seating around low tables optimised for laptop-open conversation, two demo-screen corners rotated on a schedule for portfolio startups, plus a private call booth for investor calls that need audio isolation. The stand was structured for continuous meeting flow across three days, not for aisle traffic.
The signal to send at a startup fair is 'this is where deals actually happen'. That means visible activity: laptops open, pitches in motion, coffee flowing. Our stand was designed to look busy — because at innovation fairs, a busy stand is the strongest social proof.
