Porland — HostMilano 2025 Exhibition Stand

HostMilano is the global HoReCa fair — a five-day, million-square-foot event across Fiera Milano Rho where the difference between winning and losing an international listing gets decided. Restaurant groups arrive with buyers' books and expectation of editorial-grade product presentation.

For Porland, HostMilano is the international counterpart to Ambiente. The buyer audience overlaps but the mood is different — HostMilano is more chef-driven, more centre-plate-focused, more Michelin-aware. The stand narrative shifted accordingly, showing collections alongside plated-food photography rather than pure product displays.

We built a wooden-veneer plated-story wall with three collections in rotation — each one paired with a real plated dish photograph shot with the porcelain in situ. That format matters at HostMilano: chefs think in plate compositions, not SKUs. Show them the plate and the porcelain sells itself.
