REBUILD 2027 — Mar 16-18 IFEMA Madrid | Exhibition Stand Builder

REBUILD 2027 takes place 16-18 March at IFEMA Madrid. Organized by NEBEXT, it is Spain's construction innovation event — industrialized building, new materials, building technology and energy-efficient construction — and it draws architects, developers, construction firms and product specifiers.

A note on the dates

Some third-party calendars list REBUILD 2027 as 24-27 March. The organizer's own site states 16-18 March 2027 with a three-day schedule. We verified this directly before publishing, and we recommend every exhibitor confirm dates with the organizer rather than a listing site before committing to production — a stand built to the wrong week is not a recoverable error.

An architecture audience judges detail

REBUILD's visitors design buildings for a living. They read a stand the way they read a facade: junctions, material transitions, how an edge is finished, whether the lighting is integrated or bolted on. This is the show where investing in fewer, better-executed elements beats a large stand with visible compromises. Real materials, honest construction and clean detailing do more selling here than any graphic.

Show the product as it will be built

Construction and material exhibitors sell systems that get assembled on site. Wall sections showing layer build-up, full-scale mock-ups of a junction, samples that can be handled and compared — these answer the specifier's actual question, which is how it goes together and what it costs to install. We design REBUILD stands around a mock-up zone with proper lighting and a technical table where drawings can be opened.

Madrid build

IFEMA requires accredited contractors, structural submissions and adherence to defined build-up windows. We work IFEMA regularly with Spanish production under our design management, so documentation and approvals run inside the project schedule and installation is handled by crews who know the venue.

Timing
