Rebuild Ukraine 2026, the 6th international reconstruction and energy exhibition, runs 12-13 November at Expo XXI in Warsaw. Organized by Premier Expo, it brings together construction materials, energy equipment, infrastructure and engineering suppliers with the institutions, municipalities and contractors handling Ukraine's reconstruction.

Two days with an institutional audience

This is a short, dense event and the visitor profile is unusual: alongside commercial buyers there are municipal delegations, ministry representatives, international financing institutions and NGO procurement teams. Those visitors assess suppliers against tender criteria rather than catalogue appeal — certifications, compliance documentation, delivery capacity at scale, and previous public-sector work carry more weight than product presentation.

Design for documented conversations

A stand here should assume that serious conversations end with documents changing hands. Plan a seated meeting area with table space for drawings and specifications, printed capability statements in English and Ukrainian, and a display that leads with delivered project evidence — capacities, timelines, references — rather than product range alone. Companies that treat this as a standard trade show and build a display-only stand find they have nowhere to hold the meeting that matters.

Türkiye's position

Turkish construction materials, steel structures, energy equipment and contracting firms have both proximity and relevant experience for this market, and Poland is a short road haul from Türkiye. We produce these projects either in Türkiye with our own crew travelling, or through Polish local fabrication under our supervision — for a two-day show, the local option is usually more economical.
