IFAT Eurasia is the regional counterpart of IFAT Munich — the world's largest water, sewage, waste and raw-materials management trade fair. The Istanbul edition draws water authorities, EPC contractors and municipal buyers from the Middle East, Türkiye and Central Asia.
For the Saudi Water Authority, the brief was pavilion-scale representation: multiple meeting corners for cross-border delegation talks, a technical-drawing wall for infrastructure projects, plus quiet audio zones for translated conversation. We used a modular aluminium frame with acoustic fabric wall panels and integrated cable management for AV.
The stand's most-requested feature turned out to be the enclosed drawing-review corner — where officials could sit with printed schematics, undisturbed. Not every exhibitor understands that infrastructure sales happen in quiet corners, not on the aisle.
