Warsaw HVAC Expo 2027 runs 23-25 February in Halls E and F at Ptak Warsaw Expo. This is the fifth edition of Poland's heating, ventilation and air conditioning fair, held at one of Europe's largest exhibition centres — and the venue detail matters more than usual here.

Ptak is in Nadarzyn, not in Warsaw

The venue sits roughly 30 kilometres outside central Warsaw. That affects everything an exhibitor plans: staff accommodation and daily transfer, visitor arrival patterns (most drive), and the fact that you cannot easily send someone back to the hotel for a forgotten item during build-up. We plan Ptak projects with a complete-on-arrival approach — everything crated with the stand, spares included, because the nearest supplier is not around the corner.

Halls E and F: big volume, big competition

Ptak's halls are tall and wide, and a low stand reads as smaller than it is. Vertical elements — a raised header, a hanging or freestanding banner, a lit tower — are what buy visibility. Combine that with a clear floor-level entry: in a large hall, visitors move quickly and enter stands that look open from the direction they are walking.

Poland as a production base

Polish exhibition fabrication is strong and competitively priced, and we manage Polish projects with local production under our design specification and site supervision. For Turkish HVAC manufacturers — a sector where Türkiye is a major exporter into Central Europe — this is usually more economical than road transport from Istanbul once customs, fuel and crew travel are counted, and it removes the winter-transport risk of a February show.

Timing

The fair opens 23 February 2027. Given the Christmas and New Year production shutdown across Europe, the practical decision point is November 2026, not January. Send your hall preference and stand size; a 3D concept and a Poland-produced price band arrive within 24 hours.
