WorldFood Poland 2027 runs 13-15 April at EXPO XXI in Warsaw. The 2026 edition hosted 370 exhibitors and 7,535 visitors, making it Poland's principal international food trade event and a practical entry point to Central European retail and distribution.

Poland is the Central European distribution hub

Polish importers and distributors do not only serve Poland; many run regional operations covering the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the Baltics and Ukraine. A meeting at WorldFood Poland can therefore be worth several national markets, which changes what the stand needs: more meeting capacity than a purely domestic show would justify, and material that presents your export terms, certifications and logistics capability rather than only your product range.

Turkish food exporters already have the relationships

Türkiye is one of Poland's established food suppliers — dried fruit, confectionery, olive oil, canned goods and bakery all move on existing trade routes. What a stand adds is category presence: appearing beside your competitors, with product tasting properly presented and a place to sit and negotiate volumes. Design for tasting and for talking; both need dedicated space and they should not be the same space.
