AMB 2026, the international exhibition for metal working, runs 15-19 September at Messe Stuttgart. Five days changes the calculation

Most industrial fairs run three days; AMB runs five. That extends everything: staff rotation, consumables, catering, and the physical wear a stand takes from a week of visitors. We over-specify surfaces at AMB — impact-resistant edges, replaceable floor sections in the demo zone, and a storage room large enough to hold five days of literature and samples without the stand looking picked-over by Thursday.

Machine tools need engineering, not decoration

If you are bringing a machining centre or robot cell, the stand is a load-bearing structure before it is a brand statement. Point loads, coolant containment, chip management, three-phase supply and safety fencing all have to be designed in and approved by Messe Stuttgart before build-up. We produce the structural calculations and hall submissions as part of the project, and coordinate with your machine logistics provider so the platform is ready and cured before your equipment arrives.

The German buyer wants specifics

Stuttgart's visitors are technically literate and time-poor. What works: cycle-time and tolerance figures displayed as data, not adjectives; a machine running a real part rather than an idle demo; and engineers on the stand who can answer a process question without fetching someone. Timing
