METU Technopark — Kick Off 2026 Stand

Kick Off is a specifically Turkish innovation event: corporate procurement, R&D and CVC (corporate venture capital) teams from Türkiye's larger private-sector groups meet vetted startups for partnership conversations. Unlike Take Off's international founder cohort, Kick Off is entirely domestic — and the deals are commercially closer to term-sheet.

METU Technopark's stand had to accommodate a very different traffic profile: fewer, longer conversations with senior corporate teams rather than continuous startup founder throughput. We reduced the number of tables and increased their size, added glass-partition private zones with acoustic treatment, and set up a shared demo screen with a rotation schedule visible from the aisle.

The stand's job at Kick Off is to make it easy for a corporate director to walk in, ask about a specific innovation vertical, get pointed to the right portfolio startup within thirty seconds, and sit down. That directness is the ergonomic requirement. Corporate teams don't browse; they arrive with a target category and a limited time budget.
