Porland — World of Coffee Bangkok 2026 Stand

World of Coffee Bangkok is the SCA's growing Asia-Pacific programme, held at Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre. It draws Southeast Asian specialty coffee roasteries, café-group buyers and increasingly export-competitive Thai and Vietnamese origins.

For Porland, taking Copenhagen's stand narrative to Bangkok required cultural recalibration — Asian specialty-coffee culture has its own aesthetic language, its own preferred cup silhouettes and its own reading of what 'premium' visually signals. We used a warmer wood palette than the Copenhagen stand and repositioned collections that read better against the Asian market's preferred café styling.

New-market entry stands need to earn credibility, not assume it. Porland's Copenhagen and Frankfurt track records are not automatically legible to a first-time Bangkok visitor. We built the stand narrative around 'this is our recent European show record' with visible photography — because provenance shortens the buyer conversation in a market where the brand is still building presence.
