METU Technopark — SAHA Expo 2026 Defence Stand

SAHA Expo has become Türkiye's dedicated fair for tier-2 and tier-3 defence-industry sub-suppliers — the layer beneath primes like Baykar, TAI and Aselsan. It is where prime procurement officers scout for the next component-supplier relationship, and where sub-tier suppliers arrive to be found.
METU Technopark's SAHA presence is portfolio-driven: multiple defence-focused startups from the technology park share the pavilion, each with a small brand-vertical zone. Multi-tenant pavilion architecture at SAHA has to solve for continuity (visitors should understand this is one institutional pavilion) and for identity (each startup needs its own brand read).
We used a shared architectural language — matte-grey walls, cabled overhead trussing, common floor plan — plus tenant-specific signage bands and product surfaces. Each startup got a mini-briefing table for delegation conversations, with the METU Technopark umbrella branding visible from the aisle. That framing is what makes portfolio-scale defence stands legible.
