About the Project
The stand of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan at Saha Expo 2024 created a powerful and impressive atmosphere. Through 360-degree comprehensive project management, the stand was meticulously crafted to perfection.
What this build had to solve
The fair
A national pavilion is a different brief from a company stand. Dozens of separate firms need their own identity while the whole must still read as one country from across the hall. The grid has to be strict enough to look deliberate and open enough that no exhibitor feels buried.
The venue
Defence halls carry loads most fairs never see — vehicle-weight exhibits, tall mock-ups and equipment that must be positioned before the hall closes for security sweeps. Heavy work moves to the front of the schedule and finishing happens around exhibits that can no longer be moved.
The sector
A ministry stand is not selling; it is representing. The visitor flow is delegations and press rather than buyers, so the layout is judged on whether an official visit can be received properly, not on how many people pass through.
The build
Built with a formal receiving line and a separate meeting volume, because a ministry presence has to hold a scheduled visit and an unscheduled conversation at the same time without one interrupting the other.
