Porland — One Tower AVM Retail Showroom Build

Not every Evreka Stand project is an exhibition. Porland's One Tower AVM showroom is a permanent retail environment inside a premium Ankara shopping mall — a completely different design brief from the fair stands the brand runs in Frankfurt, Milano and Copenhagen.

Retail showroom design changes the calculus. Instead of building for a five-day scan-and-move economy, the space has to hold customers for fifteen to thirty minutes and encourage a full-collection basket rather than a single piece. Product zoning follows category rather than collection story; wayfinding matters more than editorial signage.

We built the One Tower interior with modular category walls (dinnerware, drinkware, giftware zones), a central styling table where staff can build sample table sets, and consistent shelf lighting temperature so a customer picking a coffee cup at 6pm sees the same colour they'd see at noon. That daylight consistency is the small detail that closes premium-porcelain sales in mall retail.
