Why Defence Stands Need Specialist Builders

Security-cleared crews

Install team vetted for access to defence venues. Standard commercial crews fail entry control at IDEF, DSEI, CANSEC.

NDA-compliant fabrication

Workshop protocols prevent third-party leaks of in-progress designs. No external photography, sealed-room assembly for sensitive elements.

Demo platforms (UAV, weapons)

Load-rated platforms certified to venue requirements. BAYKAR-scale UAV display, small arms cabinets, missile mockup ramps.

Embassy & attaché coordination

Direct liaison with foreign military attachés, SSB, MoD procurement teams. TR-EN bilingual throughout.

Dual-use export compliance

We coordinate with the client's compliance team to keep displayed materials within authorised public-disclosure scope (ITAR, Dual-Use Regulation).

Controlled-access zones

Restricted entry to client delegation areas via biometric/RFID gating. Visitor-flow design tuned for VIP routing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes defence exhibition stands different from commercial trade shows?

Defence stands require security-cleared install crews, NDA-compliant fabrication (no third-party photos of in-progress work), demo platforms rated for weapons/UAV display weight, controlled access zones for delegations, and embassy/military attaché coordination protocols. Standard commercial builders often fail on at least one of these requirements.

What's your defence exhibition stand track record?

Evreka Stand has delivered defence and government pavilions at IDEF (Istanbul, multiple years), SAHA EXPO Istanbul, COP29 Baku Olympic Stadium venue (1,200+ sqm of pavilion installation including government delegations). Notable references: China Pavilion at IDEF, BAYKAR (Marrakech IDEX track), Power Time at IDEF, UAE Pavilion at SAHA EXPO, Turkish Armed Forces pavilion.

Which defence shows do you serve?

Major events: IDEF Istanbul (May, odd years), DSEI London (September, odd years), IDEX Abu Dhabi (February, odd years), CANSEC Ottawa (June, annually), Eurosatory Paris (June, even years), AUSA Washington (October, annually), Saudi World Defense Show Riyadh (February), Indo Defence Jakarta, Land Forces Brisbane, Modern Day Marine Quantico, AFCEA TechNet Augusta, MILIPOL Paris, Land Warfare International.

Do you handle classified-content displays?

Yes — within the scope of public exhibition disclosure. Our team is briefed on standard NDA protocols, secure shipping of prototype materials, restricted-access stand zones with biometric or RFID gating, and embassy/military attaché reception protocols. We do not transport actual classified hardware — that remains the client's logistics responsibility — but we build the stand infrastructure to handle the operational protocols.

Do you offer demo platforms for UAV / weapons systems?

Yes. Engineered load-rated platforms for UAV display (BAYKAR Bayraktar TB2, AKINCI, KIZILELMA scale), small arms display cabinets, vehicle-display ramps, and missile-system mockup installation. Structural calculations and material specifications certified to venue load requirements.

What lead time do defence shows require?

Minimum 12 weeks for standard defence shows; 16-20 weeks for country pavilions at NATO-spec venues. Security clearance for crews takes 4-6 weeks. NDA negotiation and material approval can add another 2-4 weeks. Late starts compress design optionality significantly.

Do you coordinate with military attachés and embassies?

Yes — we work directly with Ankara-based embassies, foreign military attachés, defence procurement units (Turkish SSB, Saudi MoD, UAE MoD), and country pavilion delegation coordinators. Bilingual (TR-EN) coordination throughout the project.

How do dual-use export controls affect stand design?

Some defence technologies are subject to export controls (ITAR, EU Dual-Use Regulation, Wassenaar Arrangement). Stand display content must align with the exhibitor's authorized public disclosure scope. We work with the client's compliance team to ensure all displayed materials, video, AR content, and printed brochures stay within authorized boundaries.
