What sustainability documentation do energy stands need?
Energy sector shows increasingly require sustainability reporting on exhibit construction itself: material passport (FSC timber, recycled aluminium, low-VOC paints), reuse rate across show cycle, carbon footprint estimate. Our standard build includes all of these from concept stage. ESG-compliant by default.
Do you handle interactive product displays (turbines, panels)?
Yes. Operational scale-model wind turbines, working solar panel arrays, hydrogen cell demonstration units, oil & gas equipment cutaways. Structural engineering for load-rated platforms, electrical integration, safety interlocks for operating equipment. We coordinate with the client's engineering team on display specifications.
Lead time for energy shows?
Standard energy shows: 10-12 weeks. ADIPEC and COP (UNFCCC-accredited) require 4-5 months due to sustainability documentation review and contractor accreditation timelines. Country pavilions at COP31 should be briefed by Q2 2026 for November 2026 delivery.
