If you're searching for a Bangalore air show in 2026, here's the short answer: there isn't one. Aero India, Bangalore's flagship aerospace and defence exhibition, runs on a biennial cycle — even years off, odd years on.

The last Aero India was in February 2025. The next edition — the 16th — is 8-12 February 2027 at Yelahanka Air Force Station, Bangalore. That is the date we are planning against.

These dates are now official. The organiser's own site, aeroindia.gov.in — unreachable for most of 2026 — is back online and states 08–12 February 2027 on its front page, and it carries a second line that matters more if you are exhibiting: registrations are open. Exhibitor space booking opened on 3 September 2026.

That changes the timeline. Hall position at Aero India is allocated as space is booked, not by lottery, so the exhibitors registering this month are choosing from the full floorplan and the ones registering in December are choosing from what is left. Counting back from a February install, a custom stand needs its design frozen around late October — which means the stand decision and the space booking are effectively the same decision, taken now.
