Big 5 Saudi 2027 — Two Editions: May 24-27 & Sep 19-22, Riyadh | Stand Builder

Big 5 Construct Saudi runs twice in 2027, and which one you book depends on what you sell. dmg events has split the show into two themed editions, both at Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center:

• •24–27 May 2027 — Architecture & Finishes. Co-located with Marble and Stone Saudi Arabia, Urban Design & Landscape Saudi Arabia, and Windows, Doors and Facades Saudi Arabia.
• •19–22 September 2027 — Construction & Building Services. Co-located with FM & Clean Saudi Arabia, HVACR Saudi Arabia, and Saudi Wood Expo.

A stone or facade supplier belongs in May. An HVAC, facilities or timber supplier belongs in September. Booking the wrong one puts you in a hall of buyers who are not looking for your product — this is the most expensive mistake available at this show, and it did not exist before 2027.

Across the co-located events the organiser reports 1,000+ exhibiting companies, 35,000+ visitors, 50+ exhibiting countries and 10 international pavilions. Saudi Arabia's construction pipeline is driven by Vision 2030 giga-projects.

Saudi business culture requires majlis-format hospitality — separate seating area with traditional service protocol — for senior procurement engagement. Stand design must accommodate this.

Logistics — Istanbul to Riyadh

Sealed-container sea Istanbul to Jeddah King Abdullah Port (12-16 days) + truck Riyadh (12-14 hours). Air via RUH (4-6 days). Saudi Customs Zakat, Tax & Customs Authority — ATA Carnet accepted under conditions. Saudi business visa required for Turkish nationals (typically 2-3 weeks processing via Riyadh embassy or e-visa portal). RUH airport 35 km from Riyadh Front Exhibition Centre, 30 minutes by road.

Riyadh Front Halls 1-7. Hall 1 — Cement, concrete, steel. Hall 2 — Building envelope (façades, cladding, windows). Hall 3 — Interior finishes + flooring. Booking Timeline

The 30 August 2026 edition has been held. For 24-27 May 2027 the useful planning window is open now. A Riyadh build needs Saudi business visas, ZATCA pre-clearance and 12-16 days of sea freight from Istanbul before anything reaches the hall. A stand committed now would be a rental or modular system flown in, not a custom build.

If you are planning ahead rather than for this month, the sequence that works is: secure space roughly nine months out, brief the design immediately after hall and stand number are confirmed, allow five to six weeks for Istanbul production, and put the container on the water eight weeks before opening. Saudi customs and ZATCA documentation is the step most first-time exhibitors underestimate — it is paperwork, not logistics, that strands freight in Jeddah.
