TURKCHEM Eurasia 2026 is on the Turkish Ministry of Trade's supported-fairs list under the Domestic Fair Support programme. Eligible Turkish companies can claim 5,307 TL per m² against stand rental as Prestigious Fair support.

The condition that catches people: the application has to be made before the fair. Not after, not during. A company that books space in October, builds in November and hears about the support in December has simply lost it.

What a chemical industry stand actually has to solve

Three things come up on almost every brief in this sector, and they are not aesthetic.

Sample handling and storage. Powders, resins, liquids in containers — you need a closed storage area with proper shelving, not a curtained corner, and a surface where samples can be handled without contaminating the next one.

Meeting privacy. Chemical distribution deals are price conversations. Open-plan hospitality does not work here; enclosed or semi-enclosed meeting space, with acoustic separation that actually functions in a loud hall, is the single most requested element.

Documentation and technical display. Spec sheets, certifications, regulatory documents. There is usually more paper and screen than product, which flips the normal ratio: this is a stand where the AV and the meeting table matter more than the product plinth.

Timing

TURKCHEM is ten weeks out as we publish. That is a workable window for a custom build — design frozen within two weeks, technical drawings and venue approvals by mid-October, production through early November. It is not a comfortable window for a double-deck or anything needing structural engineering review, and we would say so before quoting rather than after.

Why the contractor being in Istanbul changes the number

Your quote from a foreign contractor carries international freight, customs clearance, an ATA Carnet and a broker. Ours does not, because the workshop and the hall are in the same city. On a mid-size stand that gap is usually 15–25% — and at TURKCHEM it stacks on top of the Ministry support, which also only applies to the stand you actually build.
