Exhibition Stand Services in Istanbul
Evreka Stand is an exhibition stand design and production company headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey. Founded in 2014, our main office is at DAP YAPI S Ofis in Kağıthane — Istanbul's growing business district on the European side. Istanbul is our primary production hub, where we manage projects for both domestic Turkish exhibitions and international trade shows.
As a Turkish exhibition stand builder with global reach, Evreka Stand combines Istanbul's competitive manufacturing advantage with world-class design standards used in Europe, USA, and the Middle East.

What Changes When the Builder Is Already Here
Every international contractor will tell you they can build in Istanbul. The difference is not capability, it is distance — and distance shows up on exactly one day: the one where something goes wrong.
A panel arrives scratched. A client changes the logo forty-eight hours before opening. The venue moves your electrical drop two metres. When the workshop is a drive away rather than a freight booking away, these are afternoon problems. When it is in another country, they are either expensive or they simply do not get fixed and you exhibit with the fault.
That is the whole argument for building locally in Istanbul, and it is worth more than the price difference. The price difference is real too — production costs here sit well below Western European rates — but exhibitors who have been burned once buy the proximity, not the discount.
The venues are on opposite sides of a city of sixteen million
This is the practical fact most first-time exhibitors in Istanbul miss. Tüyap is out at Beylikdüzü on the European side, well west of the centre. İstanbul Fuar Merkezi and CNR Expo sit near Yeşilköy, close to the older airport. İstanbul Kongre Merkezi and Lütfi Kırdar are central, in Harbiye.
Between them, in Istanbul traffic, is not a fifteen-minute hop. Book your hotel against the wrong venue and your team loses two hours a day to a bus. It also matters for the build: a contractor whose workshop is on the far side of the city from your hall has the same problem we just described, only domestically.
Istanbul as a production base for elsewhere
A second reason exhibitors come to us in Istanbul has nothing to do with exhibiting in Istanbul. The city is a genuinely good place to build a stand that will open somewhere else. Road freight reaches Germany, France and Italy in a few days; the Gulf is a sea route through Jeddah or a truck through the Levant; and Turkey's customs union with the EU keeps the paperwork lighter than shipping from further east.
The stands we have delivered at Ambiente in Frankfurt, EquipHotel in Paris and COP29 in Baku were all produced here. If you are comparing an Istanbul builder against a local contractor at your destination venue, the honest comparison is not day rate against day rate — it is total landed cost including freight, and what happens when a revision lands three weeks before opening.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are Istanbul's exhibition venues close to each other?
No, and this catches most first-time exhibitors. Tüyap is at Beylikdüzü, well west of the centre on the European side. İstanbul Fuar Merkezi and CNR Expo sit near Yeşilköy by the older airport. İstanbul Kongre Merkezi and Lütfi Kırdar are central, in Harbiye. In Istanbul traffic these are not short hops — booking a hotel against the wrong venue costs your team roughly two hours a day. It matters for the build too: a contractor whose workshop is on the far side of the city from your hall has the same response-time problem as a foreign one.
Why produce a stand in Istanbul for a fair somewhere else?
Road freight reaches Germany, France and Italy in a few days, the Gulf is reachable by sea through Jeddah or overland, and Turkey's customs union with the EU keeps documentation lighter than shipping from further east. Production costs sit well below Western European rates. Our stands at Ambiente in Frankfurt, EquipHotel in Paris and COP29 in Baku were all built here. The comparison against a local contractor at your destination is not day rate against day rate — it is total landed cost including freight, plus what happens when a revision arrives three weeks before opening.
