Climate World (Mir Klimata) 2026 runs 10-13 November at Crocus Expo in Moscow. This is the 22nd edition and the first in the show's new autumn slot — the event moved from its long-standing February position, which means calendars, aggregator listings and even some supplier planning documents still carry the old dates.

Check the date before you plan the build

A show that changes slot creates a specific risk: production planning built around February will miss a November opening by three months. If your team booked space under the previous cycle, verify the current dates directly with the organizer before committing to a stand schedule. We flag this because the same confusion has cost exhibitors their preferred build-up slots in similar cases, and it is entirely avoidable.

Designing for the Russian market

Moscow exhibitions favour presence: larger footprints, closed meeting rooms rather than open tables, and hospitality built into the stand. Crocus Expo is a large complex where a modest open stand disappears; height, lighting and a defined entrance point are what make a stand findable. Russian-language graphics are essential, and technical documentation should be available in Russian on the stand.

Practical constraints
