EIMA International 2026 — Nov 10-14 Bologna | Agricultural Machinery Stand

EIMA International 2026, the 47th edition, runs 10-14 November at BolognaFiere. It is the world's reference exhibition for agricultural machinery: the 2024 edition recorded 1,748 exhibitors and 346,800 attendances across 122,000 net square meters. For Turkish tractor, implement and component manufacturers, EIMA is where European and African distribution gets decided.

Five days and very heavy machines

EIMA combines the two hardest conditions for a stand: a long run and extreme point loads. Tractors, harvesters and tillage equipment concentrate weight on small contact patches, and the halls have specific floor-loading limits that BolognaFiere enforces through submitted structural calculations. We design around the actual machine list — weights, footprints, whether units will be driven in or craned — and produce the load documentation as part of the project rather than as an afterthought at build-up.

Outdoor and indoor are different projects

Large agricultural machinery often sits in outdoor demonstration areas while the brand presence stays indoors. Those are two builds with different requirements: weatherproofing, ground protection and independent power outside; finish quality and lighting inside. Exhibitors who plan them as one project usually discover the gap during build-up. We scope them separately and coordinate the visitor flow between them.

What sells at EIMA

Distributors come to compare. Cutaway transmissions, hydraulic assemblies you can touch, and service-interval data displayed as figures do more than product photography — and a private meeting area matters because distribution terms are not discussed in the aisle. Italian and European buyers also read build quality on the stand itself; a machinery brand presented on flimsy panels contradicts its own engineering claim.

Timing
