The European Pizza Show 2026 takes place 18-19 November at ExCeL London, with more than 11,000 attendees and 300+ food and beverage exhibitors. Its audience is operators: independent pizzerias, chains, distributors and equipment buyers who make purchasing decisions on the spot rather than after a procurement cycle.

Design for cooking, not for looking

This is a show where ovens run, dough gets stretched and product goes out hot. That reframes the stand as a working kitchen with a brand wrapped around it: extraction where the venue requires it, heat-tolerant surfaces near equipment, non-slip flooring in the service zone, power planned for the actual load rather than the nominal one, and a serving front that lets a queue form without blocking your neighbours. Fire and safety approvals for live cooking at ExCeL are handled inside our project scope — they are the single most common reason a food stand is stopped on build-up day.
