Fast Textile 2026 runs 17-19 November at the Ptak Wholesale Center in Rzgów, near Łódź. The organizer estimates 600+ exhibitors and 14,500+ visitors across 20,000 m² — Poland's largest textile industry gathering, in the country's historic textile capital.

Rzgów, not Nadarzyn — check this first

This is the single most common planning error for this fair. Fast Textile takes place at the Ptak Wholesale Center in Rzgów, near Łódź. It does not take place at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, which is a different venue over 100 km away belonging to the same group. Several listings, including some official ones, say only "Łódź". Confirm the address on your contract before booking hotels, transport or production delivery — a truck sent to Nadarzyn will not reach the show.

Łódź is a working textile market

Poland's textile trade is concentrated here, and the visitors are wholesalers, retail buyers and manufacturers sourcing fabric, yarn, trims and finished garments. This is a volume market: buyers assess fabric hand, colour consistency and price per meter, and they do it physically. The stand needs hanging systems that let buyers handle material properly, lighting that renders colour honestly (critical — bad lighting loses fabric sales outright), and a cutting table where samples can be compared side by side.

Turkish textile suppliers have an established position

Türkiye is one of Poland's principal textile sources, and the trade routes and payment relationships already exist. What a stand adds is category presence and new-buyer acquisition. Production in Poland keeps the build economical: we manage Polish projects with local fabrication under our design specification and supervision, which usually beats trucking a stand from Istanbul once customs, fuel and crew travel are counted.

Timing
