London Packaging Week 2026 takes place 16-17 September at ExCeL London, halls S2 and S3. Organized by Easyfairs, it is where luxury, beauty, drinks and food brands meet the converters and designers who make their packaging — which means the audience judges your stand with the same eye it judges a bottle or a carton.

A packaging show is a materials show

Nowhere else does the material of your stand say more about your competence. A packaging supplier presenting on melamine and vinyl is contradicting its own pitch. We build London Packaging Week stands in real materials: solid timber, powder-coated steel, textured paints, fabric-diffused lighting and, where it fits the story, the client's own substrates worked into the structure. Visitors touch the stand before they touch your samples.

Display design is the product demo

Packaging is small, and small products die on a big wall. The layouts that work here use tiered plinths at handling height, individually lit niches for hero SKUs, and a sample counter deep enough that a buyer can put down a coffee and open a box properly. We plan lighting per shelf rather than per stand — packaging photographs badly under flat ambient light, and buyers photograph everything.

UK build removes the border

Since Brexit, shipping a finished stand from the EU means carnets, customs windows and a risk you carry alone. We produce UK projects through local build partners under our own design management: fabrication and installation happen in the UK, ExCeL regulations are handled by crews who work the venue routinely, and your project manager stays the same person from concept to dismantle.

Timing

The show opens 16 September 2026. Custom builds should be committed by early August; ExCeL advance service orders (electrics, rigging, internet) close earlier and are cheaper before deadline. Send your stand size and product range and you will have a 3D concept plus a clear price band within 24 hours.
