About the Project

Azersun's stand design at COP29 combined technology and natural elements to create a remarkable concept. Located in the Green Zone of COP29, the booth presented digital screens, mock-ups and VR experiences reflecting the brand's identity to visitors. Displaying an eco-friendly approach with wooden materials and natural landscaping details, the booth also displayed a functional design that enhances the user experience with flexible space arrangements. Conference series and live broadcasts were organized at the booth, making it one of the most visited areas during the event. This design, which reflects Azersun's strong brand identity focused on sustainability and technology, once again emphasized that as Evreka Stand, we always offer functional, digital and aesthetic solutions specific to brand needs.

Project Context

What this build had to solve

The fair

COP29 was the UNFCCC climate conference held in Baku in November 2024. A COP is not one exhibition but two very different environments: the Blue Zone, run by the UN and accessible only with UNFCCC accreditation, and the Green Zone, run by the host country and open to business and the public. This stand was in the Green Zone, which is where commercial brands can actually be seen.

The venue

Food and drink service on a Green Zone stand brings a second set of rules on top of the build ones — water supply, waste, refrigeration and the host country's own hygiene inspection. These have to be settled at layout stage, because a service point cannot be relocated once the plumbing route is fixed.

The sector

For a food and agriculture group, a climate conference is an audience that will test the claim rather than accept it. The stand's job is to make the supply-chain and sourcing story legible in the time a passing delegate gives it — which is closer to a minute than to a meeting.

The build

Product had to be visible without a wall of packaging. We used raised, lit shelving in short runs so the range reads as a selection rather than a supermarket aisle, and left the rest of the surface to the material story.
