About the Project
Expodefensa at Corferias Bogotá is Colombia's biennial defence and security fair — the primary event for Latin American drone-programme evaluation. Baykar's stand carried the TB2 / TB3 export narrative into Colombian and neighbouring delegations.
What this build had to solve
The fair
Expodefensa in Bogota is Latin America's main defence and security exhibition. For a supplier from outside the region the fair is a market-entry instrument: the buyers are regional armed forces and ministries who rarely travel to European shows.
The venue
Shipping defence exhibits across the Atlantic makes freight and customs the schedule's critical path, not the build itself. The structure was planned so a delayed shipment would not stop the stand from opening.
The sector
Entering a new region means the first conversation is about credibility, not capability. Operational track record has to be legible on the stand, because in this market the brand cannot be assumed to be known.
The build
Modular so it could be reconfigured for the next regional show rather than written off after one week in Bogota.
