About the Project
We provide stand solutions for every sector, from food and beverage products to defense, tableware to technology. At the 31st FoodProduct, we designed and built cost-effective, custom stands that helped our clients stand out and stay one step ahead of their competitors.
What this build had to solve
The fair
ANFAŞ FoodProduct in Antalya is a regional food and beverage trade fair whose visitors are buyers for hotels, distributors and export agents. In a tourism region the hotel procurement crowd is the reason to be there.
The venue
Any stand serving product brings a second rulebook on top of the build one — water, waste, refrigeration and the organiser's hygiene inspection. These fix the service point early, because plumbing and drainage routes cannot be moved once set.
The sector
Food and drink is the one category where the stand can settle the question on the spot: the visitor tastes it. That makes the serving point the commercial centre of the stand and everything else supporting infrastructure.
The build
Built around a compact tasting counter with stock kept out of sight, because a beverage stand that looks like a stockroom stops reading as a brand.
