Keban Et
Franchise Expo 2024

About the Project
The booth design for Keban Et at the Franchise Expo (Bayim Olur Musun?) 2024 was created using modular units, with wood and metal as the standout materials. The stand design was carefully planned to ensure easy access for visitors and a comfortable space. It was enhanced with prominent visual and digital elements. The modular units, visuals, and logos continue to be used in the brand's restaurants. At Evreka, we prioritize offering sustainable stand solutions over disposable design details.
What this build had to solve
The fair
Franchise Expo Istanbul — known locally as Bayim Olur Musun? — is a franchising fair, not a product fair. Visitors are people considering buying into a brand, so they arrive with money and a decision to make. What they are judging is whether the business looks like one they could run.
The venue
Returning to the same hall a year later brings a constraint a first build does not have: a share of the visitors saw last year's stand. Repeating it reads as a brand that has not moved, so the footprint was reworked even where the modular system stayed the same.
The sector
By the second year the brand is no longer introducing itself — it is answering harder questions from people who already looked once and did not sign. That shifts the stand from attraction to evidence: more room for numbers and a longer conversation, less for first impression.
The build
The modular units from the previous edition carried over; the arrangement, graphics and lighting did not. Reusing the frame and replacing only the visible layer is the cheapest way to look new, and it is the reason a yearly franchising presence does not have to cost the same every year.
