About the Project
28 modular stands were installed across a total area of 350 m² for the Peryön People Management Congress. The modular booths were specifically modified to meet brand-specific needs. Evreka Stand provided comprehensive project management support at every stage of the event, ensuring a successful organizational process throughout the congress.
What this build had to solve
The fair
This is a congress, not an exhibition. Delegates are in sessions most of the day and the stand only exists in the breaks, which makes the total usable window a few hours spread across the programme.
The venue
Congress venues put stands in circulation areas and foyers rather than a hall, so ceiling height, floor protection and permitted fixing methods are set by a building that was not designed for exhibitions.
The sector
A professional association is convening its own members, so the stand is not persuading strangers — it is a meeting point for people who already belong. Recognition matters more than explanation.
The build
Low, open and quick to read, planned so a delegate can take in the whole thing while walking past on the way to the next session.
