Power-Time
IDEF & EUROSATORY

About the Project
The stands designed for IDEF and Eurosatory, two of the most prominent exhibitions in the defense industry, provided an effective exhibition experience by offering efficient solutions in compact spaces. Modular booth components were customized to adapt to the similar space layouts of both exhibitions. At Evreka Stand, we prioritize delivering effective, sustainable, and economical stand solutions for international companies participating in exhibitions.
What this build had to solve
The fair
This brand exhibits at both IDEF in Istanbul and Eurosatory in Paris — the same sector, two very different rooms. IDEF runs on scheduled state delegations; Eurosatory is larger, more commercial and more international, with far more walk-up traffic between meetings. A stand that works at one does not automatically work at the other.
The venue
Defence halls carry loads that most fairs never see — vehicle-weight exhibits, tall mock-ups and equipment that has to be positioned before the hall is closed off for security sweeps. That pushes the heavy work to the front of the build schedule and leaves finishing to be done around exhibits that can no longer be moved.
The sector
Defence electronics has nothing visually large to show. The product is a box; the value is inside it. That forces the stand to carry the technical argument through demo positioning and a place to actually run through it with someone, rather than through the size of the exhibit.
The build
Building the same brand for two shows a continent apart is a reuse problem before it is a design problem. We plan the shared elements to travel and the show-specific elements to be made locally, which is cheaper and far less exposed to freight timing than shipping one complete stand twice.
